What Services Do We Offer?

Support coordination is a service designed to help individuals with disabilities navigate and access the various supports and resources available to them. A support coordinator works closely with clients and their families to develop personalised plans, connect them with services, and ensure that their needs are met effectively. This role involves advocacy, resource management, and ongoing guidance to empower individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

Support work involves providing compassionate assistance to individuals with disabilities or additional needs, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. Support workers offer practical help with daily activities, social engagement, and personal care, all while fostering empowerment and building strong, trusting relationships. Their role is essential in creating a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and achieve their goals.

Play therapy is a creative and engaging approach that uses play to help children express their feelings, explore experiences, and develop coping skills. Through play, children can communicate in a natural and comfortable way, allowing them to process emotions and work through challenges. This therapeutic method fosters resilience, enhances social skills, and promotes emotional well-being, making it a joyful and effective tool for supporting healthy development.

I’m truly grateful for the exceptional support I have received to understand and implement my daughters NDIS Plan. This is a hard road to walk down but thanks to Thrive Through Life and our supports I do not need to worry and I do not have to do it alone.
